The Client Journey project is now in its fourth year and has become a tried and tested benchmarking tool for how law firms handle new enquiries.
This research was conducted with over 100 self-nominated law firms. In total insight6 trained customer experience researchers made more than 500 enquiries over the phone, on firms' websites and by walking into the offices.
This report has two core purposes:
- To identify the areas where there is good practice that should be highlighted and continued. The research also pulls out areas that need to be improved.
- To provide solutions, best practice tips and suggestions of how law firms can make improvements.
