With over four decades of diverse business experience, I have cultivated a passion to empower business owners to deliver unparalleled Customer Experiences (CX).

I am delighted to have joined the esteemed insight6 team. I know with my history as a business leader this exciting challenge truly defines my expertise. Having delivered business training for over twenty five years in different roles, and over a decade at the helm of my own web development business servicing many clients, and more recently nine years serving as an Executive Director in BNI, I've amassed invaluable CX insights.  I also have a fantastic network which all of my clients will gain huge benefits from.

My mission for insight6 Ireland is to assist Irish businesses to deliver gold standard CX.  I help them achieve this through the measurement, scrutiny and development of motivational CX solutions.
