Steve Dunn is a Customer Experience (CX) specialist with a passion for helping businesses create experiences that customers remember for all the right reasons. His career began with global brands Michelin and Shell, where he learned how operational excellence, consistency, and culture combine to build trust and long-term loyalty.
Steve later joined Vertu Motors, one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups, where he led teams dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences in fast-paced environments. This hands-on experience showed him how embedding a strong CX culture can make the biggest difference to how customers feel – and how businesses perform.
At insight6, Steve now works with businesses across East Scotland to help them see their organisation through their customers’ eyes. He supports leaders and teams to understand the emotional drivers behind customer behaviour and to turn that insight into meaningful, measurable change.
