In 2019, insight6 will be conducting the first ever Independent Schools Parent Journey Project.
The project will measure how effective Independent Schools are at dealing with new enquiries.
Participating schools are ‘mystery shopped’ with the results being shared with each school (and no-one else). The aggregated data for all schools is then used to produce a comprehensive report.
insight6 has been running a Legal sector Client Journey for four years and the annual report has become the leading review of the Legal Sector Client Journey.
Independent Schools which participate in the programme will benefit from getting valuable insights into their business and how they are handling enquiries. Law firms which have participated in the legal version of the Client Journey Project have since reported significant improvements in their business. The results have enabled them to identify key issues and address them – in short, they are securing more new clients and securing more business from existing clients.
We are now looking for independent schools to participate in this year's research project.

This valuable research will help you get better at managing opportunities coming in to your business, improve how you service clients and help you identify skills and training gaps in your school, all of which you are then well positioned to address.
If you decide to participate, you will have your very own Customer Experience Specialist allocated to you to agree the programme of parent reviews (mystery shops) into your business.
