Our Message to Clients

It continues to be a strange time for everyone and with news of the extension to the lockdown, the trials and tribulations of confinement and isolation go on. We at insight6 are incredibly positive about the future and remain open for business, but our focus has changed. Behind the scenes, we are actively planning and brainstorming ways in which we can help, support, and add value to our team and you/your customers. We recommend at least two ways which may help you now;

1. Surveys:

Do you really know how engaged and motivated your team currently are? Our free team survey will show them you care and also provide you with the insight to understand what your team currently think and feel.

As well as your team, we are also here for you, the business leader. We have put together six tips to help you lead during the crisis and created a leadership survey based on the feedback we received from this. The leadership survey will enable us to share the key lessons on what leaders think and feel so that we can all learn and benefit from each other.

2. A free virtual meeting facilitated by your local Customer Experience Specialist to:

  • Reflect on what you have learnt and are still learning about your customers, team, organisation and competitors.
  • Review any changes that have been made during the crisis and the impact and benefit to your customers and team.
  • Re-launch your business and identify areas of opportunity?

Perhaps you have other ideas or suggestions but need a sounding board. Get in touch and we will be that shoulder to lean on and ear to bend.

It goes without saying that our door is always open but we are acutely aware that some (if not all) of our services will not be top of your priority list and of course that’s okay too.
