In response to the Coronavirus the actions we are taking are as follows:

  1. Our team of Customer Experience Directors are all working from their homes and are here to support you with any Customer Experience help that you require. Please do contact them for support and advice.
  2. All of our customer experience training and workshops can be delivered online to support your teams who may be working at home and still require support.
  3. If you, like some of our clients, want to move your face to face survey or CX reviews work online or on to the telephone then please speak to your local Customer Experience Director  and we will be happy to help.
  4. To help you identify how your team feels at this difficult time we have developed a team survey. This survey is free of charge.
